Cancellation & Return/Refunds Policies

Order Cancellation

All orders are usually processed on the next working day after they are received. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible on support@smilelabels.com - please note that your order cannot be cancelled if your labels are already in the printing process.

 

Order Amendments/Corrections

If you find any errors after you have finished placing your order, please email us immediately at support@smilelabels.com so that we can make the necessary changes prior to production. Please note that if your labels have already been printed, then the errors will be rectified at an additional cost to you. This cost differs according to the label type and will be provided on a case-by-case basis. 
Please Note: We offer a live Label Preview for all our label types at the time of order placement. Please do double check and ensure all details provided are correct before you confirm your order.

 

Orders Lost in Transit

If the your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will endeavour to contact you by email or telephone for confirmation of the delivery address and re-arrange delivery. If you do not receive your order within 21 working days of the shipment date, and we are unable to track it with our shipper, we will send you a replacement.

 

Quality Guarantee

Your purchase is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find any issue with the quality of your personalised labels, please notify us (email to support@smilelabels.com) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. We will reprint your order and post it with priority at no extra cost to you. However, the original labels will have to be returned to us for our examination. 

 

Error(s) in Printing

If we make any errors in printing your labels, rest assured that we will happily reprint and post them to you at our cost, or issue a refund if you so prefer.
