Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on SmileLabels.com are current at the time of display.

 

These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. However, once an order is placed, that price will apply even if the rates change before delivery.

We try to ensure all details, descriptions, images and colors of products used on this site are displayed as accurately possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product will be accurate.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmileLabels.com disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. SmileLabels.com makes no warranty that this website, any information or ideas contained on this website or any products or services will meet your requirements.

 

You expressly acknowledge and agree that SmileLabels.com does not control other users of this website, the providers of information or ideas to this website and / or the suppliers of goods and services purchased from this website. Therefore, SmileLabels.com is not liable for their opinions or behaviour, including any information or advice provided by them or any defamatory statements made by them or any offensive conduct on their part. You further acknowledge and agree that, subject to the section dealing with "Limitation of Liability", SmileLabels.com will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through the website.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, SmileLabels.com is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

 

Any liability of SmileLabels.com in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of

conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of SmileLabels.com is limited to:

 

1. In relation to goods, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and

 

2. In relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for the delay or failure in supplying a product from our site as a result of being caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control. Should any such event occur, we shall endeavour to contact you as to make a decision to whether the contract of sale should remain or revoked.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS


1. Cancelling an Order

All orders are usually processed on the next working day after they are received. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible on support@smilelabels.com - please note that your order cannot be cancelled if your labels are already in the printing process.


2. Order Amendments/Corrections

If you find any errors after you have finished placing your order, please email us immediately at support@smilelabels.com so that we can make the necessary changes prior to production. Please note that if your labels have already been printed, then the errors will be rectified at an additional cost to you. This cost differs according to the label type and will be provided on a case-by-case basis. 

Please Note: We offer a live Label Preview for all our label types at the time of order placement. Please do double check and ensure all details provided are correct before you confirm your order.

 

3. Orders Lost in Transit

If the your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will endeavour to contact you by email or telephone for confirmation of the delivery address and re-arrange delivery. If you do not receive your order within 21 working days of the shipment date, and we are unable to track it with our shipper, we will send you a replacement.

 

4. Quality Guarantee

Your purchase is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find any issue with the quality of your personalised labels please notify us (email to support@smilelabels.com) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. We will reprint your order and post it with priority at no extra cost to you. However, the original labels will have to be returned to us for our examination.

 

5. Error(s) in Printing

If we make any errors in printing your labels, rest assured that we will happily reprint and post them to you at our cost, or issue a refund if you so prefer.

 

6. Customs Duties, VAT & Other Taxes

If you are ordering from outside India, please note that you may be subject to import duties, taxes and VAT levies once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these charges. Any such charges are to be borne by you, i.e. the customer.
