Order Cancellation & Return/Refunds Policies
All orders placed on Smilelabels.com are custom orders that are specifically made for you. Orders are usually processed on the next working day after they are received. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org – Please note that your order cannot be cancelled if your labels are already in the printing process.
ORDER AMENDMENTS / CORRECTIONS
If you find any errors after you have finished placing your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com so that we can make the necessary changes prior to production. Please note that if your labels have already been printed, then the errors will be rectified at an additional cost to you. This cost differs according to the label type and will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note: We offer Customisation for all Labels with live Label Preview at the time of order placement. What you provide at the time of customisation is EXACTLY what will get printed. Therefore, please do double check and ensure all details provided are correct before you confirm your order. No changes can be made to these details if your labels are already in the printing process.
ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
If the your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will endeavour to contact you by email or telephone for confirmation of the delivery address and re-arrange delivery. If you do not receive your order within 21 working days of the shipment date, and we are unable to track it with our shipper, we will send you a replacement.
ERRORS IN PRINTING
If we make any errors in printing your labels, please bring it to our attention within 30 days of Order Delivery. Rest assured that we will happily reprint and post them to you at our cost, or issue a refund if you so prefer. We are unable to process any replacements or refunds after the 30 day period has ended.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
